Bags for My Nieces (2021) - Jackie
During the pandemic I discovered a company in Portland called KLUM HOUSE that sells "kits" to make bags, backpacks, and purses. I had wanted to learn how to make bags & totes and am in love with waxed canvas, but I do not need any more purses. Luckily for me I have two nieces that were willing to be my guinea pigs (and love fashion :). I let them choose which bags they each wanted me to make them.
This first bag is the one Jackie chose. It has a Patagonia fabric inset. Each kit comes shipped in a tube with almost everything pre-cut:
